Maintenance and Care

  • Cool your pots before cleaning. Do not wash hot cookware in cold water.
  • Do not put cast iron in the dishwasher.
  • After each use, wash the cooled down pot with dish soap by hand after
the water is inverted. Always use a soft sponge or dishcloth.
  • After washing, dry clean it immediately with a clean cloth.
  • Do not use a metal utensils.
  • If you want to store your pots by stacking them, please put protective
fabric/trivets or a dish towel between the pots. This will avoid scrathes
    on the enameled surface.
  • Oil your pot rims and lid rims frequently.
  • If pots are stained with food residue, please soak the pot for 2 to 3 hours
in a mixture of 3 tablespoons of multi-purpose dish cleaner and water.
You may also use baking soda or a magic sponge found in any DIY shop
    or Daiso shop.
  • Add 2 cups of water to 4 tablespoons of baking soda to a boil to remove
stubborn baked-on food. Boil for a few minutes then use your nylon or
silicon spatula to loosen the food.
