Cool your pots before cleaning. Do not wash hot cookware in cold water.
Do not put cast iron in the dishwasher.
After each use, wash the cooled down pot with dish soap by hand after the water is inverted. Always use a soft sponge or dishcloth.
After washing, dry clean it immediately with a clean cloth.
Do not use a metal utensils.
If you want to store your pots by stacking them, please put protective fabric/trivets or a dish towel between the pots. This will avoid scrathes on the enameled surface.
Oil your pot rims and lid rims frequently.
If pots are stained with food residue, please soak the pot for 2 to 3 hours in a mixture of 3 tablespoons of multi-purpose dish cleaner and water. You may also use baking soda or a magic sponge found in any DIY shop or Daiso shop.
Add 2 cups of water to 4 tablespoons of baking soda to a boil to remove stubborn baked-on food. Boil for a few minutes then use your nylon or silicon spatula to loosen the food.
